This is the view from my bedroom window. Normally, I see a beautiful mountain. And the sun's rays are reaching over the peaks. Today, I saw this. How depressing. Particularly so because:
1. It's April 30th!
2. I ride a bike!
3. Snow means cold!
4. I didn't anticipate cold like this, so I didn't bring winter clothes with me (gloves, big coats, etc.).
Not all is lost though. I most certainly will appreciate the spring and summer terms at BYU when "global warming" finally kicks in and we get some warmth in the desert of Utah! Ha ha. I suppose you could say that's the "bright-side of life."
